第一讲：如何与老外产生话题

1.1 打招呼，自我介绍，介绍他人，询问别人信息, 告别前说的话

1.1.1 询问“你好么”和打招呼的前面三四句的最常见方式

1. Hello/Hi, how are you? 嗨，你好么？ ——Fine, thank you. And you? 我挺好的，你呢？——Not so bad/Not so good. 还不错/不太好。

2. Hello, how are things? 你好啊, 近况如何？ / How’s it going? 近况如何？——OK, thanks and you? 还好，多谢问候，你呢？ ——Up and down. 一般般啦/不好不坏/沉沉浮浮。

3. It’s nice/good to see you again. 很高兴再次见到你！ ——Yes, it’s been a long time! 是呀，好久不见！/ It’s ages since I saw you! 自上次见到你到现在都好久了耶！/ Long time no see! 好久不见！

1.1.2 如何介绍自己和他人

4. Hello, my name is/I am…你好，我是…/我叫做…We have met before. 我们以前见过面。

5. May I introduce you to my son? Andy, this is ---. Xxx, this is my son, Andy. 请允许我把你介绍给我儿子；Andy，他就是---. ---, 这就是我儿子Andy。 (语用文化：介绍人物的时候应该先介绍重要人物，礼仪上通常先介绍别人后介绍自己人) 接着被介绍完的双方一般互相说Nice/pleased to meet you! 很高兴认识你！

1.1.3 如何询问别人信息（想认识新朋友最关键的事情是：获取对方的名字，电话和电子邮件地址）

6. What’s your name/telephone number/email/address? 你的名字/座机电话/电子邮件/地址是？（语用文化：当然这些问题应该在适当的时候问，否则会让人觉得在“查户口”，但是询问前三项中的任何两项一般不会有问题）如果不知道别人的英文名如何拼写，则要询问：Can you spell your name，please? (您可以把名字拼一下给我听么？)对方就会慢慢地把名字的字母一个个地拼出来，比如BROWN, B-R-O-W-N.

7. Where are you from? 你从哪来的？/ Where do you live? 你现在住在哪里？/ What do you do? 你现在从事什么工作？

1.1.4 如何告别（有头有尾）

8. I must go now. See you (later). 我要走了，再见！（later根据时间的不同可以换成next week 下周, next Wednesday下周三, tomorrow明天等等）

9. Nice talking with you. Have a good / nice day. Bye! 很开心与你聊天，我要走了，祝你今天事事顺心！再见！

1.2 谈论天气

10. Lovely day, isn’t it! / Beautiful day, huh? 天气不错啊！—— Yes, exactly. 是的，确实如此！（天气词汇: sunny 阳光明媚的，rainy 下雨的，windy 风大的, chilly 寒冷的，hot 炎热的，cloudy多云的， a perfect summer day 一个很好的夏日晴天）

11. It’s really sunny out. Make sure you put on some sunscreen and wear sunglasses. 外面真是很晒啊！记住一定要涂防晒霜。

12. It's going to rain by the looks of it. 看样子要下雨了。

第二讲：紧急情境麻烦化解句

2.1 告知对方我会让懂英语的朋友帮忙接电话

13. Hi, could you wait a minute? My English is not good. I am going to call my friend to talk to you (on the phone). My friend’s name is ---. 你好，麻烦你等我一下好么？我的英文不太好，所以我现在打电话让我的朋友跟你说。我朋友名叫---. ——接着，对方一般会说Ok！把打通的电话递给对方时说——Here you go. (给你电话)

2.2请求对方找一个懂中文的朋友帮忙接电话

14. Sorry, my English is not good. Can I talk to someone who can speak Chinese? (Could you find someone who can speak Chinese for me?) 对不起，我的英文不好，我能和懂中文的人说么？（你能不能帮我找一个懂中文的人说话？）

15. Hello, May I speak to my son Andy, please? 您好，我能找我的儿子，Andy接电话么？

16. Hello, I am student Andy’s dad. I have something very important / urgent to talk to him. Could you ask Andy to call me after class? He’s in Year 11 Class---. Thank you very much! 您好，我是学生Andy的爸爸，我有很急的事情找他，请问您可否让Andy下课以后给我回一个电话？他在11年级---班。非常感谢您！

2.3告诉服务部门某东西坏了要求紧急修理

17. Hello, the key/fridge/TV/telephone doesn’t work. 你好，这把钥匙/这台冰箱/ 这台电视机/这台电话机坏了。Could you check/fix it for me? 你可以帮我检查/修理一下么？ （--- doesn’t work是一个报故障的万能用法；同时，--- is out of order也是说某东西出故障了的万能句子。）

2.4询问某人洗手间/某个知道名字的店铺或餐馆/停车场在哪里，以及请求带路

18. Excuse me. 不好意思打扰你一下。You know where the restroom/toilet is? 你知道洗手间/厕所在哪里么？——Go straight to the end of the road/street/aisle and turn right/left. 直直走到这条路/这条街/这条走道的尽头，然后转右/转左。

19. Excuse me. Do you know the shop / the restaurant ---? 不好意思，你认识---店/餐馆么？

20. Excuse me. Could you tell me where the car park, please? 不好意思，打扰你一下。请问您知道停车场在哪里么？

21. Excuse me, I am looking for the dean’s office. Could you show me the way, please? 不好意思，打扰你一下。我在找系主任办公室，您能不能给我指个路？——如果还是不明白对方说什么，可以说My English is not good. Could you walk me there if it is OK? 我英文不好，你能够带我过去么？（但是别人不一定会带路，具体看对方是否愿意以及路途远近）

22. Sorry, I am lost. I want to go to…对不起，我迷路了。我想去… Could you show me the nearest way, please? 您能够告诉我最近的一条路么？

第三讲：海关出入境问答全集

出票以及称重量

A: Ok, please put them on this scale.

好的，请把东西放到称上面。

B: Here you go.

好的。（把东西放上去的时候说）

A: What is the purpose of your trip?

您旅游的目的是什么？

B: I’m travelling on business.

我来出公差的。

A: How long are you staying?

您要来多久?

B: About two weeks.

B. 过海关

Customs Officer: Next. Uh, your passport please. / May I see your passport please? 下一位。嗯，请出示护照。

Passenger: Okay. 好的。And this is my declaration form. 还有，这是我的申报表。

Customs Officer: Uh, what is the purpose of your visit? 嗯，你这次入境的目的是什么？

如果说目的是访问自己的儿子

Passenger: I'm here to visit my son. He’s studying at Auckland International College.

如果说目的是旅游并寻找投资机会

Passenger: I plan on touring Auckland for a few days/a few weeks/a few months and may consider investing here. 我计划来奥克兰旅游几天/几周/几个月，而且有可能考虑在这里投资。

如果说目的是参加一个会议

Passenger: I am here to attend a meeting. 我来参加一个会议。

Customs Officer: This visa is good for two weeks? Do you intend to stay longer than that? 这个签证有效期在三个月之内，您需要在这里待更长的时间么？

Passenger: No, I will fly back twelve days from now. 不， 我会在12天后飞回去。

Customs Officer: And where will you be staying? 那你准备住在哪里？

如果住在一间离AIC较近的房子

Passenger: I’ll be staying in a house near Auckland International College (AIC).

如果住在市中心或奥克兰东/南/西/北区的某家宾馆

Passenger: I'll be staying at a hotel downtown/in East/South/West/North Auckland. 我会住在奥克兰市中心/奥克兰东区/南区/西区/北区的某家宾馆。

Customs Officer: And uh, what do you have in your luggage/bag? 恩，你的行李箱/包包里装了什么？

Passenger: Uh, well, just, just my personal belongings um…clothes, a few books, and a CD player. 啊，那个，就都是些个人的行李额…衣服、几本书和一个CD播放器。

Customs Officer: You’re not carrying any food with you today? 您今天有没有携带任何食品？

Passenger: No. 没有。

Customs Officer: Do you have any animal or plant products? If you do, you need to bring/take them to quarantine service and leave them there. 您有没有携带任何动植物产品？如果有的话，您得把他们送到检疫处，把它们留在那里了。

Passenger: No. 没有。

Customs Officer: Okay, Mr Zhuang, this is just a routine check. 好的，庄先生，我们要做一下例行检查。Uh, please open your bag. / Would you mind opening your bag for me? 那么，请打开您的包。/ 介不介意打开您的包包让我检查一下？

Passenger: Sure. 当然可以。

Customs Officer: Okay…Everything's fine. Uh, by the way, is this your first visit to New Zealand? 好的，一切都好。恩，顺便问一下，这是您第一次来新西兰么？
