冲击波英语词汇学之——量词学习篇（第一版）

研究词汇、词类和词汇学习策略多年，我发现非英语国家的学生对英文量词概念非常不熟悉，但又很少有书籍对此做一番完整细致的归纳。本文对量词作了较为细致的归纳和整理，并且针对学生记忆单词方法单一的问题提出了策略性的建议。

转入正题前，我还想就该文的内容谈一感想。曾听不少学生说，中文比英文博大精深，词汇组合变化无穷。其实不然，这样的想法一方面源于学习仍不够深入，另一方面是因为比较的角度不够全面。一句话，中文和英文都是博大精深的语言，各自都有令人叹为观止的特征特色，等待学习者仔细去发掘、学习与欣赏。

从下面有关英语量词（quantifier）的举例，我们就可以看到，光是一个中文的“群”字，英文就可以用不同的词汇搭配进行丰富多彩的表达！

我把学习和记忆量词的方法归纳为两种：

中文归纳法——围绕中文同一个量词的表达去记忆一大片可以表达该量词的英文搭配，这些中文量词包括【群、块、阵、种、套、片、层、批、窝、股、个、点儿、连串、丝、束、件、桶，段、条、副、团、堆、串、滴、车、卷、罐、派、班/帮、次、队、根、粒、叠、滩、杯、双、匹、张、捆、吨、轴、船、本、大席、盎司、磅、瓶、份、碗、绞、篇、支、笔、门、盒、行、点、扎、把、盘、辫、撮、簇、场、排、丛、头、道、针、项、组、些、多种】等等，同时特别建议把每一个中文量词对应的可用英文量词（尤其是一对多的）通过字典和工具书进行集中学习与理解。

语法特征法——根据英文量词短语的语法结构特征和搭配特征进行记忆（如常与不可数名词连用把不可数名词可数化的量词等）。

在这一节的内容里，我主要使用了中文归纳法帮助大家记忆量词的搭配（partitive expressions）。灵活运用这数百个英文量词能够让学习者对英语语言产生形象化的理解，他们的英文写作也会由于该方面自然启发而来的用词确切的习惯而最终实现质的提高。
